After completing master registration, following three categories of registration would be open for filling up by the authorised representative as per entitlement indicated against each ( You would need to login to complete this) :-

(Maximum 3 for every 12 sq mtr of booked space inclusive of all categories)
Note :-
1. Irrespective of area booked, maximum number of free Badges cannot exceed 50.
2. Organisers reserve the right to decide categories & numbers of free entitlement.
3. Additional Badges may be obtained on payment. Please send your additional requirement to rajat@ficci.com
Exhibitor Invitations Entitlement :  
For 1 sq mtr = 1
Note:- Subject to a maximum of 200 for distribution of their prospective customers. This Exhibitor invite which will be valid from 15 February - 18 February 2010 must accompany each company invitation that may be extended by an exhibitor to their clients without which entry will not be permitted to the exhibition. Exhibitors are advised that minors below 18 years are not permitted on site during build up, Trade days and break down period.
Exhibitor Car Parking Entitlement :  
For 50 sq mtr = 1
Note:- Car parking permit duly completed must be prominently displayed on the cars. For Security reasons, car permits are non-transferable. Additional requirement of car Badges may be indicated by exhibitors booking space more than 30 sqm. Badges would be provided subject to availability of space at the rate of INR 2000.00/USD 50.00.
Collection and Issue of Badges/Permits and Invitations
Entitled/free Badges, car parking permits and invitations would be made available from DEO/Camp Office to authorised personnel at the exhibition venue after due identification. A notification about the same would also be posted on official website.

Entitlement Example 1 :  
Booked space = 12 sq mtr (Total Pass Entitlement = 12/12 = 1*3 = 3 Badges)
VIP Pass = 1
VIP Exhibitor Pass = 1
Company Representative Pass = 1
Total Exhibitor Badges = 3
Invitations = 12
Car Parking = Nil
Entitlement Example 2 :  
Booked space = 24 sq mtr (Total Pass Entitlement = 24/12 = 2*3 = 6 Badges)
VIP Pass = 2
VIP Exhibitor Pass = 2
Company Representative Pass = 2
Total Exhibitor Badges = 6
Invitations = 24
Car Parking = Nil
Entitlement Example 3:  
Booked space = 100 sq mtr (Total Pass Entitlement = 100/12 = 8.3 round off to 8*3 = 24 Badges)
VIP Pass = 2
VIP Exhibitor Pass = 4
Company Representative Pass = 18
Total Exhibitor Badges = 24
Invitations = 100
Car Parking (100/50)*1 = 2
